Terms of service
The agreement between your practice and MLJ, SASU for the use of InjectConsent. In force from September 4, 2026.
1. Acceptance
These terms form a binding agreement between MLJ, SASU, a French simplified joint stock company registered in Paris under SIREN 934 769 837, and the practice that subscribes to InjectConsent. You accept them by creating an account, by submitting a subscription order, or by using the service. If you are accepting on behalf of a practice, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
InjectConsent is a web based treatment record for practices that administer neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments. It provides version locked consent documents signed by the patient at the point of care, capture of product name, lot number and expiration by camera scan, mapped injection sites with units recorded per point, guided before and after photo sets, an automatic two week touch up recall, and reporting on product usage by provider and by location. It is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not provide clinical advice, does not determine the suitability of any treatment, and does not replace the professional judgment, licensure or supervision requirements that apply to you.
3. Accounts and eligibility
The service is offered to businesses, not to consumers, and only to practices whose providers hold the licences their state requires to administer the treatments they document. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you give us, for the security of the credentials issued to your team, and for every action taken under those credentials. You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Users must be at least eighteen years old.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to store content you have no right to store, not to attempt to access another practice's records, not to probe or interfere with the security of the platform, not to resell or sublicense access, and not to reverse engineer the software. Automated access outside the documented API is not permitted. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of this section, and where the breach is serious or repeated we may terminate it, with written notice in both cases.
5. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly in United States dollars in advance. Solo Injector is $79 per month and covers one injecting provider. Med Spa is $169 per month and covers up to four injecting providers. Multi Provider is $339 per month and covers an unlimited number of providers and locations. Prices are exclusive of any sales or value added tax that may apply. There is no setup fee and no charge per treatment record, per patient or per photograph. If your provider count rises above your plan during a billing month, we move you to the correct plan and prorate the difference from the date of the change rather than backdating it.
Payment is taken on the same day each month from the payment method on file. If a payment fails we retry and write to the account owner. An account that remains unpaid thirty days after the due date may be suspended until the balance is settled, and records stay available for export throughout that period.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and no further payment is taken. We do not require notice, a phone call or a reason. Amounts already paid for the current month are not refunded, since the service remains available to you until the period ends. We may terminate an account for non payment or for a serious breach of section 4, with written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy where a remedy is possible.
7. Your data
Patient records, consent documents, photographs, notes and reports created in the service belong to your practice. We process them on your instructions as your service provider, under a business associate agreement and a data processing agreement signed before any patient information is entered. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train models, and we do not build advertising audiences from it. You can export everything in PDF and JSON at any time. After an account closes, the export archive stays available for thirty days and is then deleted from live systems, with backup copies expiring on their normal cycle. Our handling of website enquiry data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times and we publish planned maintenance in advance, scheduling it outside United States clinic hours wherever possible. Support is provided by email at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com on business days, with a target first reply within one business day. Multi Provider accounts have a named contact and priority handling. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and events outside our reasonable control, including failures at our hosting provider, may affect availability.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet every regulatory requirement applicable to your practice or that its use will prevent any claim, complaint or inspection finding. Compliance with state and federal law remains your responsibility.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost patients or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MLJ, SASU against third party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from clinical decisions taken by your providers, or from content you upload that infringes the rights of another party. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without your consent, which you will not withhold unreasonably.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Account owners receive written notice at least thirty days before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it applies and we will refund any prepaid amount covering the period after the change. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France. Publisher details are listed in the legal notice. For any question about this agreement, write to MLJ, SASU at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com.
