What does a plan actually cost once we are running?

Accepted Answer

The price on this page is the price on the invoice. Solo Injector is $79 per month for one injecting provider, Med Spa is $169 per month for up to four, and Multi Provider is $339 per month with no cap on providers or locations. There is no setup fee, no per record charge and no storage tier for photos. If you add a fifth injector mid month we move you up and prorate the difference rather than backdating it.

Question 2

How long before we are charting on it for real?

Most single location practices are live the same week. We import your consent documents, set up your product list with the brands you actually stock, and build your face map templates in one working session of about ninety minutes. Injectors typically chart their first three or four treatments with us on the call and then keep going alone. Groups with several locations usually take two weeks, mostly to agree on one shared consent library.

Question 3

Where does patient data live and who can see it?

Records are stored encrypted at rest in US data centers and encrypted in transit. Access is role based, so a front desk coordinator sees the schedule and the recall list but not the clinical note or the photo set. Every view, edit and export is written to an audit history you can read yourself. We sign a business associate agreement with every practice before you enter a single patient, and we never use your clinical data to train anything.

Question 4

Will it work with the software we already run the business on?

Accepted Answer

InjectConsent reads your appointment book so records open from the schedule, and it writes the visit summary back when you close them. We connect to the booking and point of sale systems most US med spas use, and where a direct connection does not exist we offer a scheduled CSV sync and a documented API. Photos and records export as PDF and JSON at any time, so nothing you enter is trapped here.

Question 5

What happens if we decide to stop?

You cancel in your account settings and the plan ends at the close of the current billing month. We do not ask for a reason and we do not require a phone call. Before the account closes you can export every treatment record, consent PDF and photo set in a single archive, and we keep that archive available to you for thirty days after the last payment. After that we delete it.

Question 6

Our injectors are fast. Will this slow the treatment down?

Accepted Answer

Injectors raise this before anything else on a demo call, and the concern is a legitimate one. The flow was timed against experienced injectors in real clinic days, and consent, lot scan and site mapping together run about one hundred seconds before the first injection. The photo set adds roughly forty. What you get back is the nine minutes you were spending on that chart later in the evening, which is why the practices that were most sceptical on the demo tend to be the ones still using it a year on.
